Web interviews

Every day, Voxmeter conducts web interviews effective and competently based on a solid methodical foundation.

Voxmeter’s web interview (CAWI)

We use the CAWI system, Catglobe, for our web interviews, which ensures an effective data collection. As soon as the sample is completed, the results are delivered in a data file and/or table reports including standard demographics such as gender, age and geography.

Web interviews are appropriate for tests of visual material. Web interviews are applicable to ad hoc studies, web tracking (continuous studies on the same phenomenon), commercial tests, pre and posttests, ad tests, concept tests, testing of webpages and much more.

If your target group consists of people, who all mostly have access to the internet, it can be an advantage to use web interviews as opposed to phone interviews. Not least, the internet as collecting method is often cheaper than telephonic collection because there are no expenses for paper, facilities or interviewers.

The biggest limitation of web interviews is that not everyone in the Danish population has access to the internet. If one wish to complete a study, which includes the entire Danish population, it’s important to be aware that it can be difficult to reach the elderly, since their presence on the internet is not representative.

Denmark’s largest quality panel

When conducting a web based study with Voxmeter, you get access to one of the nation’s most valid web panels. The web panel is 100 % correctly recruited, since it is not possible to sign up for the panel. We exclusively use panel members, who has been selected randomly and invited through a representative telephonic survey. The panel truly represents the part of the population, who has access to the internet. Thanks to our loyal panel members, we have good conditions of finding a representative group for your study. Read more about our panel and recruiting principles, which ensures validity and representativeness in a study.

CAWI – Computer Assisted Web Interview

Surveys completed via the internet are in technical terms known as CAWI (Computer assisted web interview). Our research system, Catglobe, make sure that the respondents are guided through the survey and only showed questions, which are relevant for them. All filtering based on their answers happen automatically, this way the online survey is tailored to the respondent.
