CEM Institute has just helped one of our internation customers with rolling out a continious reporting solution on their Chinese market. This solution ensure that the customer responsible now can monitor the level of satisfaction with the clients on one2one leve.
The solution is part of a large global setup which measures customers satisfaction in both individual countries and across these and indicates relevant actions for the findings.
Technically the solution consists of a number of elements. The solution includes data collection, automated data processing and reporting of data. It is an essential prerequisite that out platform can hand a setup which both on data collection and reporting across different languages and which ensures an easy and consistent execution of this.
